Shah takes State BJP leaders to task | | | Early Times Report Jammu, Mar 21: Power hungry State BJP leaders were taken to task by national party president, Amit Shah, for showing desperation to become part of the power once again. State BJP leaders had gone to New Delhi to participate in national executive committee which was held on March 19 and 20. Credible sources in the party said that in a bid to get feedback about Centre's view point on forming Government with PDP some BJP leaders met with Amit Shah on the sidelines of the national executive committee meeting. "As soon as these power hungry leaders asked national president about status of the dialogue for Government formation, Amit Shah, within no time, lashed out at them for showing such desperation to form the Government", sources told and revealed that Amit Shah's outburst against State BJP leaders was an authentication of the reports that BJP's Central leadership is very much aware of the 10 months misdeeds of party Ministers in the coalition Government which was headed by late Mufti Mohammad Sayeed. Sources said that Shah made it clear to the BJP leaders that high-command has got all information about their "achievements" in 10 months Government. Shah, sources said, told one of the senior BJP leader, who was holding two important portfolios in the previous Government, that high command was aware who was running these departments. Without mentioning name of the businessman, who was managing two important departments on the behalf of a senior BJP leader, Shah said what was the fun of giving you power when you delegated that powers to power-brokers and businessmen. Sources said that Shah has told these leaders that high-command has prepared detailed performance reports of all the leaders, who were Minister in the previous Government. |
