DDC order CEO to submit report in uniform, other articles scams 3/21/2016 11:01:30 PM Early Times Report Mendhar, Mar 21: The District Development Commissioner Poonch today ordered Chief Education Officer to submit the report regarding the uniform and other articles scams in Poonch district of Gujjar, Bakerwal and Pahari students. The sources said that a scam of Rs. 1.05 cr had been surfaced in Mendhar tehsil earlier and an inquiry committee was framed to probe into the scam. The locals of the area had alleged that the inquiry team members were found hand in glove with the offenders and they used to stay in their houses instead of Government accommodation, who according the sources were involved in the scam. DDC MH Malik today Chief Education Officer Poonch to submit the report prepared by the inquiry team in this regard at an earliest. He told Early Times that he will monitor himself the progress of the probe in this case.
