I hope administration is alive: Soz 3/21/2016 11:04:16 PM Early Times Report srinagar, Mar 21: Former Union Minister and Senior Congress Leader, Prof Saifuddin Soz today said that he hopes that the state administration is alive. He said this while referring to the fact that Lateefabad and other adjacent areas in Baramulla Tehsil have suffered land-sliding due to recent incessant rains. In a statement issued Soz said, "I take this opportunity to say a word on how people have themselves also contributed to their troubles. "The greedy in the system have grabbed Kascharai and Khalsa-Sarkar land and raised constructions even on the banks of rivulets and canals with the result that the rain water does not flow in normal course,' Soz added.
