Teachers refute allegations of providing assistance Copying in examination hall row: 3/21/2016 11:45:09 PM Early Times Report Kathua, Mar 21: Cripples erupted in education department after ET in its edition, on 16 March, having caption 'Teachers provide answers in examination hall; Principal backs menace to make result', published that copy menace went unabated during the 10th class examination in district Kathua. The news was published after the allegations were made by the students. In the news item the name of Sabita Sharma a PEt, Dimple Sharma, Jyoti Slathia all teachers of GHSS Kathua were mentioned as being deployed by Principal GHSS Kathua as teachers without any order in paper. Where as the Principal of school Ometa Sadotra when contacted accepted the coping in the examination hall and added that Kamlesh Sharma, Superintendent of Examination centre, a close friend of her, used to call her during examination days and demanded for concerned subject teachers to help the students of GHSS Kathua. However, the teachers whose names were mentioned in the news item, contacted to the ET management and said that they went to the school for examination duty after proper order, but could not enter into the examination centre as Headmaster of the school debarred them to do so and they were rolled back.
