Three detained under IT Act 3/28/2016 11:45:51 PM Jammu, Mar 28 : Gandhi Nagar police today detained three youth and booked them under IT Act for sharing objectionable content which tends to instigate communal tension on social networking site facebook. Police sources said that a complaint was lodged by a person regarding uploading of objectionable content which tends to instigate communal tension on facebook by a youth of Mishriwala who is presently in Malaysia. Quoting complainant, police sources further said that that three youths of Mishriwala locality further have shared the content.
