CAPD team pays surprise visits at ration stores, kerosene depots 3/31/2016 12:10:01 AM Early Times Report Jammu, Mar 30: Under the instructions of G S chib Director capd Jammu, a team headed by Mansoor Aslam Choudhary Joint Director (Adm)conducted surprise inspections of Ration Depot Numbers 168, 175, 178 & 133 in and around Digiana and Gandhi Nagar areas. The team checked stock and issue register, quality of Rice, wheat and sugar. Besides electronic weighing scales were also checked and also interacted with the public/rationees on spot so as to have first hand information about feed back regarding functioning of these fair price shop depots. The public/rationees informed about the errors noticed in the ration card data and pointed for early rectification of the same. The public was assured about high fidelity of data under NFSA very shortly as teams have been fanned to different areas for the same and it is expected that the errors will rectified shortly.
