Education department raids five tuition centers Govt school teacher caught red-handed flouting tuition ban 6/8/2016 10:57:51 PM Early Times Report UDHAMPUR, June 8: A government school teacher was caught red-handed delivering lectures at a private tuition centre during a raid conducted by Education Department. The education department team headed by Chief Education Officer (CEO) Bishan Singh conducted simultaneous raids at five private tuition centers in the city after getting complaints from local residents that government teachers are engaged in private tuition centres despite a ban on the practice. During the raid, the CEO caught one teacher red handed while teachers at four tuition centers fled the spot before the team reached there. The CEO has ordered action against erring government teachers caught during raid. According to the CEO, a teacher Munish Kumar posted at Governmentt HSS (Boys) Udhampur was found in a house near Kamal Sweet Shop, Hospital Road giving tuitions to 90 students of 10th class.   Share This News with Your Friends on Social Network     Comment on this Story
