No water facilities in village Bandi Chechiyan, Radio station 6/8/2016 10:58:15 PM Early Times Report POONCH, June 8: Inhabitants of village Bandi Chechiyan, Nagali Sahib Ward No 3, Police Line Poonch and Radio Station Poonch have alleged that the administration has failed to provide basic facilities like water to the common people of the area. A local Mohd Sadiq Chouhan, Sunil Sharma Aryan Tandon said the Public Health Engineering (PHE) department has totally failed to provide water to the people of that area. They alleged that local political leaders have also ignored the common masses in the area.
