kathua, June 8: Nehru Yuva Kendra (NYK) today organized block level Neighborhood Youth Parliament Programme here at High School, Dorsi.
According to press release, 94 youth both male and female from 11 youth clubs participated in it.
Dr Guru Sharma from Health Department gave practical demonstration of Yoga Exercises and tips for healthy way of life and appealed the youth and public to practice Yoga for Physical, Mental and Spiritual Health.
District Nodal officer, JKEDI educated youth about various self employment schemes of JKEDI for setting up of venture.
Dushant Singh Management executive and counsellor from District Employment Office has delivered lecture on stipend, Education loaning facilities and skill development schemers of Government.
Kartar Verma, Community Health Officer delivered lecture on NRHM and general health problems, safe drinking water, hygiene.
Sansar Chand,from Lead Bank office, delivered lecture on social security schemes, PMJDY, Atal Pension Yojana, PM Jivan Jyoti Bima Yojana, PM Sureksha Bima Yojana and skill development programmes of RSETI.
