Rao urges CM, fulfill aspiration of people | | | Early Times Report Jammu, June 17: Kuldeep Kumar Rao a member of Movement for Peace, Equality & Justice has urged Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti to fulfill aspirations of the people of the State. According to press release, he said that BJP should also stop playing a second fiddle to PDP. "The CMP limits their protest only on sensitive issues like article 370 & not on other issues. Instead of talking on injustice regarding issues like unequal distribution of indoor sports stadia, by a BJP spokesman through media, why should the BJP not protest in the cabinet meetings and get things done there", he said. Rao further said that despite of unequal distribution of funds in the regions, only the selected few of Kashmir are being benefited but the common masses there are as poor today as they ever, were. They have always been exploited by the politicians by dirty techniques of showing Pakistani salt and green cloth to win the election. Let this game be stopped forthwith. The poor people of Kashmir know that many favourites of politicians were promoted from the post of Mali in forest department to that of DFO ignoring the talented and deserving Kashmiri youth by the previous governments. This is only one example of corruption & there are dozens of them elsewhere. Such instances of corruption and injustice are one of the causes of militancy in J&K State, Rao said. |
