CAPD dealers doing black-marketing of K. Oil 7/18/2016 11:02:15 PM SARFRAZ CHAK Early Times Report Mandi, July 18: On one hand, government claims that it is providing kerosene oil to the deserving souls in every area of the state but as far a block Sawjian is concerned, the dealers are without any fear providing kerosene oil to buses thereby denying poor man their share. Sources said that large number of buses are getting k.oil from dealers in Sawjian as a result there is an every apprehension of breakdown of bus machinery and it may lead to a fatal accident, but who cares. Eyewitnesses said that this a common practice in Sawjian and Mandi but authorities are doing nothing in this connection.
