BSNL Subscribers left riled over poor connectivity | | | Early Times Report Poonch, July 18: Subscribers of BSNL in the border districts of Poonch have been suffering due to its poor service since many months and to its sharp contrast private players active in the area have been providing interruption-free services further leaving BSNL subscribers fuming. According to some BSNL consumers, majority of the public cellular service provider subscribers have been complaining about continuous problems in mobile services, call drops and distortion in voice to the concerned authorities for some months in past but nothing substantial has been done to rectify the technical snag from the part of the authorities concerned. "The worst sufferers are the internet users as broadband services remain out of order most of the times, hampering the work, especially in the offices and banks," said a groups of journalists who are also the victim of BSNL's poor network. They said frequent call drops, call diversions and busy network are some of the other problems which have been irritating BSNL subscribers. An owner of a Cyber cafe in Poonch said that the internet service remains off more than fifteen days a month which is affecting his day to day business. Besides professionals, many students too fell victim to this poor BSNL connectivity as they fail to get their online forms filled as it has become time consuming for them become they have to sit hours together to fill an application form. |
