Encroachment continues, department in connivance 9/5/2016 11:46:41 PM M S Nazki Early Times Report Poonch, Sept 5: Encroachment of state land in Mendhar near bus stand and adjoining areas is continuing under the nose of administration while the revenue department is in deep slumber for obvious reasons. The state land located near new bus stand and adjoining areas of Mendhar town has been permanently grabbed by some locals while the officials of Revenue Department have shut their eyes to the criminal act for reasons best known to them.
