POONCH, Sept 5: In violation of the government's transfer policy, a politically well-connected hostel warden continues to serve at one place for the last nearly 13 years.
"According to the government transfer policy, an employee cannot serve at one place for more than two years or so, but in this case the hostel warden has not been transferred for the past 13 years," official sources said.
Sources alleged that he had been managing his stay as the hostel warden here for the past nearly 13 years because of the blessings of his political masters.
As no one was said to be happy with his work, locals had demanded his immediate transfer.
