Jammu, Sept 5: A high court division bench of Chief Justice N Paul Vasanthakumar and Justice Dhiraj Singh Thakur today directed to strictly follow the circular as regards the posting of contempt proceedings.
The bench directed to post the contempt matters before the same bench that had passed the order. "If one of the two judges is available, it should be seen as part of the same bench," the court ordered.
In case both the judges were not available, the matter be put before the chief justice, the bench directed.(JNF)
