Sr police officer being transferred to adjust blue-eyed junior 9/21/2016 11:33:02 PM Early Times Report jammu, Sept 21: According to the word taking rounds in the Kathua district police circles here , a senior officer is being transferred only to adjust a blue-eyed officer who is junior to him. "While the senior officer is of additional SP rank, efforts are being made by a BJP leader to post his junior as SSP, Kathua. This is not possible till the senior officer is shifted to other place because rules don't permit to place a junior over his senior," police sources said. Sources claimed that the junior officer, who was at present posted in Jammu, was five slots junior to the senior officer. Sources alleged that the junior SP was leaving no stone unturned to appease the politician so that he could get posted as SP, Kathua "He is a close relative of the BJP leade," sources said. Sources alleged that the junior SP had become very arrogant and disobeying.
