Early Times Report Jammu, Oct 2: Jammu and Kashmir Batwal Welfare Association (JKBWA) held its meeting in Jammu city today which was chaired by Sub. Maj (retired) Thoru Ram Dogra and attended by a large number of community members including Army retired personnel and unemployed youths. The meeting hailed the surgical strikes carried out by Indian security forces against terror bases across the Line of Control (LoC) saying that this valorous effort brings to light their strength and impactful striking ability. It also praised the Union Government for giving a stern reply to Pakistan. Emphasising that terrorism cannot solve any problem, R.L. Kaith said only dialogue based non-violence can solve all conflicts. Terrorism is the use of violence against public and its property for the purpose of intimidation and getting immediate publicity for their causes, Kaith added. Kaith further said that those who are not faithful towards their country have no right to live on its soil. The meeting also appreciated the Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh for according sanction to the engagement of additional 10,000 Special Police Officers (SPOs) especially for the security related requirements in Jammu and Kashmir.
