Hakla appeal Indo-Pak to shun hostilities 10/2/2016 10:15:19 PM Early Times Report Poonch, Oct 2: Shamsheer Hakla Poonchi a prominent Gujjar Leader and an intellectual of J&K State, in a statement expressing his concern about the growing hostilities between India and Pakistan appealed to the India and Pakistani Prime Ministers not to go for any hostile action and maintain peace and amity and take appropriate and positive steps to end these hostile and antagonist intentions between both the countries.
