Give one member of family as volunteer to eradicate drug menace: Team Jammu 10/2/2016 10:17:46 PM Early Times Report Jammu, October 2: To involve general public in its campaign against drug menace, Team Jammu today organized a public awareness function at JK Colony, Top Paloura, here in which hundreds of local people including large number of women participated and aired their respective views. Chairman of the Team Jammu, Zorawar Singh Jamwal presided over the function in which Superintendent of Police, City North, Vinod Kumar (IPS) was chief guest and DySP Hqrs, Jammu, Sugandha Mahajan was guest of honour. The function also marked paying floral tributes to Uri Martyrs as well as to Father of Nation Mahatama Gandhi on Gandhi Jayanti and Late Prime Minister Lal Bahadur Shastri on their birth anniversaries. Speaking on the Zorawar Singh Jamwal sought support of the every section of the society to eradicate this menace. He said that drug addiction is the biggest challenge before the society today because it is a slow poison which is claiming lives of the youth and spoiling our younger generation.
