Man held with liquor pouches 10/2/2016 10:25:36 PM Early Times Report Kathua, Oct 2: A bootlegger was last night apprehended by police from Lakhanpur here along with 118 pouches of excise liquor. He was identified as Saran Singh, son of Kirpa Ram of Rasooh (at present Tara Nagar, Kathua). He was taken into custody from the railway crossing area of Lakhanpur while carrying the liquor pourches illegally in an Indica car (JK02M/1191).
