Early Times Report Jammu, Oct 2: The chain hunger strike which was started on 26th of Sept.2016 against the misdeeds of DSEJ in the wholesale transfers of masters/ Lecturer by flouting all the norms of transfer policy has entered its seventh day as fresh batch of four masters under the leadership of Girdhari Lal Press Secretary Udhampur District, Sansar Chand, Romesh Khajuria and Bharat Bhushan Sharma Secretary Akhnoor. Earlier the JKTF had extended the chain hunger strike till 5th Oct. to press early redressal of the grievances of teachers. It is very unfortunate that Director School Education Jammu is not available to the needy and aggrieved teachers visiting the Directorate for last. So many days, by which the working of Directorate is badly affected. Meanwhile the central executive of JKTF met and decided to hold a protest rally on 5th of Oct. 2016, Wednesday at 1pm sharp in the premises of Directorate of School Education Muthi. A central leadership appeals to all the leaders of differential Trade Unions, Teachers and Masters to participate enmass in the protest rally to make it a grand success. The demonstration was also addressed by Mohd. Iqbal advisor and Maheswar Prasad working President of all JK & Ladakh teachers Federation who rendered their whole hearted support to the teachers cause. The central leader of JKTF thanked Mohd Iqbal for his broad vision to the teachers cause. Prominent who addressed the demonstration included Rajinder Gupta, Mohd Iqbal, Vinod Shastri, Charan Dass, Yashpaul Sharma, Yograj Singh, Narinder Chib, Subash Singh, Sushil Sharma, Gautam Singh, P.D.
