Two commit suicide across Jammu region 10/2/2016 10:38:18 PM Early Times Report Jammu, Oct 2: Two people, including a 28-yr-old man hanged himself to death in Bishnah near here today. "A man identified as Sunil Dutt, 28, of village Deoli, Bishnah this morning allegedly committed suicide by hanging himself at his residence," police sources here said. Meanwhile, in a separate incident one Vijay Kumar of village Manwal, Udhampur hanged himself and committed suside at Majalta.
