One held with Charas contraband 12/11/2016 9:57:17 PM Early Times Report Kishtwar, Dec 11: Kishtwar Police today claimed to have arrested one person from Bus Stand Kishtwar and recovered 135 grams of Charas from his possession. As per the details available with "Early Times" acting on a tip off, police party from police station Kishtwar lead by SHO Police Station Kishtwar under the supervision of Dy SP Operation Irshad Ahmed Ahanger and Additional SP Kishtwar Abdul Qayoom laid a trap and arrested the accused while he was selling the Charas at his tea stall and on search, police recovered 135 grams of contraband Charas from his possession and accordingly a case FIR No.214/2016 U/S 8/15/20 NDPS Act was registered at Police Station Kishtwar against the accuse Imtiyaz Hussain Tapal S/O Abdul Kabir R/O Umar Mohalla Kishtwar.
