| No money spent on Ramban development under CSR | | |  Danish Mohammad

Ramban , Dec 21 : Construction companies and agencies engaged in different construction projects in different areas of district Ramban have failed to spent money on the local development under Corporate social responsibility( CSR) scheme.
Sources said that the construction agencies and companies engaged with the construction railway line, and four lane project like IRCON, HCC, NAVAYOGA, RAMKI, AFCON, are not spending money for the local area development. According to sources the construction agencies and companies are bounded to spent 2 to 3 percent of money for local area development ,Which also the agreement between theses agencies and the GOI.
Sources said that some construction agencies have distributed school bags among the school children's in some schools in past in the area and constructed a small water reservoirs in Chareel village of Banihal .AFCON provide one ambulance to Banihal emergency Hospital and constructed some toilets in Banihal and Khari area.
However locals alleged that these construction agencies have grabbed the rights of the locals, they said that they have provide there agricultural lands, ressidencial houses and other land for the construction of these national projects. They said that as per the agreement of these companies with government of India GOI, these agencies are not are developing the local areas.
Locals alleged that the maximum of the amount of CRS is given to the local blue eyed persons for theier personal gains.
Locals said that they always welcomed the all national projects in these areas and be the victim of dust, blasting gases, and provide their lands to these projects but these agencies are always play fool with them.
The most effect areas of the district of adverse effect of constructions are Banihal, Ramsoo, Khari, Dharam kund,Batote and Shangaldan Gool.
The nine kilometer long railway tunnel is constructed at Banihal, where the maximum of the more tunnels are passing through this area .
Locals more said that these construction agencies can kindly make to be ansarable on the spending the Money under CRS.
They said that the Jaiprakash associates JP company engaged in construction of Baghlihar project some one decade ago constructed second floor of two School building in Ramban and Chanderkote ,and also give some other medical facility to the locals but these agencies are not utilizing the money properly on the local development as per the agreement to them with GOI. |
