Jammu, Dec 21: A function was organiged at village Keso, teh Ramgarh, District Samba to pay floral Tribute to Basakhi Ram on his tenth day of demise. He was a good social worker for which he was known for his good deeds.
On this occasion, a Satsang was also organiged in which large number of people including his family members, relatives and other well wishers attended to remember him. Born in poor farmer family in 1911, he led simple and honest life and after completing 105 years age he left for heavenly abode on 10/12/2016. Sweet by nature and punctual in work he served as true social worker. He spent his life under struggle and dedication and raised the family from poverty to prosperity by dint of his hard work. He ably imparted Good education to all children and ably established his son as bank manger, and grandson as NIT engineer, granddaughter as doctor besides other members in Govt jobs.
Rampaul dogra a noted social activist and Journalist also kept views and remembered his nice attitude.
