AIBCU hails issuance of domicile certificates
12/24/2016 10:07:37 PM
Early Times Report

Jammu, Dec 24: All India Backward Classes Union hailed the decision of the State Government for the issuance of domicile certificates to the West Pakistan refugees is a welcoming step. As per press release, these people had been living since 1947 after partition and have completely settled there. Government has already allotted them land for residential as well as agricultural purposes. Now how can these people be displaced again as per the statements of those who say "We are not against the refugees but Govt. should settle them in other parts of India other than J&K" is not justice delivering. If they should be settled outside the state, then movements of the opponents should also be banned in other parts of the country.
Besides, the judgment of Apex Court that J&K Constitution is subordinate to the Indian Constitution has been dittoed by the Education Minister Naeem Akhter is appreciable who says that he under J&K Constitution have sworn by the constitution of India, so Indian constitution is supreme with a question mark against those NC and Congress that "do you disagree with this that Indian constitution is supreme. The working style of Mehbooba Mufti Government is widely appreciated except few who do not sense what is right and what is wrong. All the centre committee members including MR Bangotra CEO and Prof. Kali Dass, Gen. Secretary shared their views and assured the Govt. to fully support for such most genuine causes for the public interest at large. The refugees have been made to sit by the rulers of that time who could be the ancestors of the present leaders.
