Separatists objecting 'domicile rights to West Pak Refugees' needs to dealt seriously: KPC

Jammu Dec 24: Taking strong exception of separatists and Semi--separatists to unleash un-rest and to create controversies over issues linked to nationalist forces of the J&K state including domicile certificates to West Pak Refugees, Kashmiri Pandit Conference (KPC) today said objecting the rights of West Pakistan Refugees or displaced Kashmiri Pandits and others by Hurriyat and other separatists in Kashmir needs to be pondered and dealt seriously.
"Whether it is issuance of domicile certificates to the west Pakistan refugees, consolidated settlement of KPs in the valley, colonies for ex--service men, abrogation of Article 370 or other issues, the separatists and semi-separatists with their aim to weaken the roots of nationalist forces to impose Islamic writ and control of separatists and fundamentalists in the state," stated Kundan Kashmiri, President KPC in a press statement issued from New Delhi.
He stated that objecting and protesting against the rights of west Pakistan refugees or displaced Kashmiri Pandits and others by Hurriyat and other separatists in Kashmir is direct challenge to state and centre authorities and nationalist forces, which needs to be pondered and dealt seriously
Addressing his Party activists today at New Delhi, KPC Chief Kundan Kashmiri stated that the move behind of their protests in the valley is to Islamanise the whole J&K and weaken the indian position in the state. He said that J&K is an integral part of India and every citizen has the right to settle anywhere or in any region in the state as happens in other parts of the country.
KPC Chief also expressed serious concern over settling of Burmies and Bangladeshis, in J&K as well as Pak born children of militants who returned valley from the last one decade from Pakistan. "They needs to be identified and deported at the earliest, he said and suggested to the separatists as well as Govt must to make mistake of taking nationalist forces for-granted.
He urged state and centre Govt must deal firmly with separatists and their supporters for creating un--rest over issues linked to nation and nationalist forces be it issuance of domicile certificate to West Pakistan Refugees, rehabilitation of internally displaced KP,s, ex-service men colony in valley, abrogation of Article 370 and other issues.
