| Back to Village phase 2nd campaign starts in village Sawani | | |

Rajouri, Nov 28: Like other parts of the UT, the ambitious Back to Village programme 2nd phase launched by the Lt. Governor administration in the UT started in Village Sawani of block Rajouri.
Paramjeet Singh General Manager J&K RTC, Jammu who has been allotted this Panchayat today visited various parts of the Panchayat and took first hand view of the problems being faced by the residents of the Sawani Panchayat.
He started the tour of the Panchayat through interaction with the recently elected PRI members, frontline workers, senior citizens and other prominent persons. Firstly, he took the review of back to village phase Ist and gave a patient hearing to the issues raised by those present on the occasion and find out that not even a single work is being sanctioned or executed which he was projected during B2V1 programe.
After detailed interaction with all stakeholders the officer inspected Playground at W No 5 being developed under Khelo India and BADP. The Visiting officer sort out the long pending court issue for the construction of play ground at High school Sawni which he already did the compromise between the two parties during B2V1 Programe and took the review of the ongoing work of PLAY GROUND at HS Sawni where the contractor assure the Visiting officer that the work would be completed in comming 12 to 16 days and other work at Middle School Sawni and gave the on spot instructions to the revenue functionaries to demoracate the boundary of land of MS Sawni within a week time under telephonic intimation to the visiting officer. |
