DSK distributes SOP kits among people

JAMMU, July 26: Dogra Sahayata Kendra today handed over the SOP kits containing masks, sanitizer, soaps and a pamphlet to the members of the Bari Brahamana Unit of DSK to distribute the same to people.
The kits were handed over to Chhankar Singh, Jagdeep Singh and Madhu Charak, Sarpanch, for distributing the same amongst the people of the area and to create awareness for following strictly the COVID19 protocols.
Gulchain Singh Charak said that the report from the sub unit of the Samba District also revealed that the Covid Care Centres opened in various Panchayats especially, in the remote areas were not properly manned by trained staff and many of them had no arrangements for providing oxygen to patients.
He urged the LG to direct the concerned Administrative and Health Authorities to equip the Covid Care Centers in all panchayats, especially in far flung areas, adequately with oxygen facilities and trained staff, to meet any eventuality, so that precious lives of the people in these areas can be saved.
