High command asks him to resign; Begs, kneels down to save his chair PS Bali Early Times Report Jammu, Nov 19: A BJP cabinet minister turned "land broker," who reportedly "begged" before the party high command to save his chair, has failed to mend his ways and continues to misuse his official position, sources told Early Times. They said the BJP Minister was reprimanded by the party high command in New Delhi for allegedly encouraging corrupt practices and misusing his official position for selling state land at cheaper rates to his aides. Despite facing "humiliation" and literary falling at the feet of top leaders, the minister has not mend his ways as "habits die hard". The cabinet Minister, according to the sources, is busy in amassing huge wealth by selling and purchasing state land. For example, the varsity has paid over Rs 10 lakh to Jammu Municipal Corporation for an abandoned building, which had been declared 'unsafe' by the JMC.
