Jammu, Sept 30: Health Minister is in news again after he used abusive language against opposition National conference (NC) leadership over the beef ban issue.
During an interaction with media persons here, when Health Minister was asked about the Bill submitted by NC seeking annulment of the beef ban law, he heaped abuses against the NC leadership.
"Don't ask rubbish things," he said, and went on to use abusive words for the NC leaders. "They are talking rubbish because they are sitting idle now," he said.

Moreover, despite huge number of police personnel found involved in human rights violations, disciplinary action has not been initiated against a single public servant so far.
