SAD lauds Khalsa's victory as MLC 3/8/2015 12:29:34 AM Jammu, Mar 7: Shiromani Akali Dal (B) J&K, Jammu has lauded the decision of BJP for nominating and ensuring victory of Charanjeet Singh Khalsa as a member of state legislative council. This has caused proud to entire Sikh community of the state in general and SAD in particular. SAD feels grateful to BJP for having recognized the devotion, dedication and sincerity of Khalsa for working for the party under very trying conditions. This induction in the council has ended long pending political alienation of sikh minority community of the state. Charanjeet Singh Khalsa was a Gen Sec of Akali Dal for long time before joining BPJ in 2002.
