JK Govt must enforce women's right to life, dignity 3/8/2015 11:52:37 PM Early Times Report Jammu, Mar 8 : The communication and capacity Development unit of Jammu Kashmir government has issued an advertisement on the international Women's Day which speaks of providing safe drinking water and proper sanitation to every house hold. In the advertisement an impression is given that drinking water and sanitation is a tribute to women. The concerned department does not know how women suffer in the state. A survey conducted by a noted professor of Kashmir University says that molestation of women is on rise in Kashmir. The reports from Jammu region are equally disturbing. Not only this, the boy-girl ratio continues to be on decline in the state which reflects the rot the society has underwent.
