If you have a round of city you will find construction material dumped along many roads causing problem for passersby. Many times locals are seen engaged in wordy duals on these issues and on encroachments which are eating up driving space of the Roads across the city. Some awared citizens said, "hazardous activities" were causing nuisance and inconvenience on the road but there is no one to initiate action persons involved in such illegal practice.
