SAMBA, Aug 20: Today on 20th of August 2015, the Department of Youth Services and Sports District Samba has organized Inter Zone District Level Competition U-19 Boys under the supervision of District Youth Services and Sports Officer Samba Subash Chander Bhardwaj at Arazi Samba Stadium Samba. Total number of Students participated were 109. The dignitaries present on the opening ceremony were Rakesh Verma, B. D. Sharma, Vijay Singh Slathia, Pardeep Singh and Raghubir Singh all are Zonal Physical Education Officers. Officials of the Matches at Samba included Romesh Mishra, Dildar Singh, Anirudh Singh Slathia, Subash Sharma, Kulbir Singh, Raj Singh Chib, Purab Chander, Keshav Singh, Zorawar Singh Sambyal, Sudesh Kumari, Asha Rani, Meenakshi Sambyal, Shashi Sambyal, Sandeep Singh, Raj Kumar, Bhopinder Singh. The detailed Results of the Competition at Samba were as follows: Kabaddi: Samba Zone on the Final match played between Purmandal Zone and Samba Zone, by 02 Points (36-38). Volleyball: Govt Ghagwan Zone won the Final match played between Ghagwal Zone and Samba Zone, by 2-1Sets. Wrestling: Weight Category: 42 Kg: Shammi Kumar from GHSS Sumba. |
