Bharat appointed as member DRUCC Northern Railways 8/20/2015 11:39:53 PM Early Times Report jammu, Aug 20: State President, All India Anti-Terrorist Front (AIATF), Bharat Bhandari has been appointed as member of Divisional Railway Users Consultative Committee (DRUCC), Northern Railways by Minister for Railways, Suresh Prabhu. According to a notification issued by Deputy General Manager, Northern Railways Vinamra Mishra notified this and stated that Bharat Kumar Bhandari has been nominated as member of DRUCC on Northern Railway.
