Jammu, Sept 12: Fourteen cases were disposed of in a Lok Adalat held in the Munsif court's premises at Bani,Kathua here on Saturday. The Lok Adalat was held keeping in view the pendency of the cases. As per reports, the Lok Adalat, which comprised of the justice Bridge Lal , Naib Tehsildhar Bani Altaf Hussain and SHO Bani Shemsher Lal picked up twenty cases and out of which fourteen were disposed of. The most of the disposed of cases were of compoundable criminal in nature. The locals of the area expressed their satisfaction over the way the Lok Adalt settled the cases. |
