JAMMU, Nov 5 : Jatin Bhasin, Akash Chhetri and Manik Sharma among 12 cueists today qualified for the next round of the senior snooker event in the 23rd Jammu District Billiards and Snooker Championship underway at Billiards Hall, MA Stadium, here.
While Akash, Manik and Karan Singh had a tough time against their opponents before they made it a 3-2 win in best of five game, other cueists had easy sailing making it straight frame win.
The second round matches witnessed besides others by general secretary of the J&K Billiards and Snooker Association, Vishal Abrol. And the competition was conducted by marker, Rakesh Sharma.
