PAPA criticizes Dy CM for misleading masses 11/5/2015 11:36:48 PM Early Times Report Jammu, Nov 5: Commenting on today's news item related to Deputy Chief Minister directions for speedy developmental works during ERA organized function for handing over its three projects to Srinagar Municipal Corporation, People's Action & Public Accountability (PAPA) termed it total misleading attempts of state government and its corrupt agencies while least caring the huge loss of nation's wealth. As per press release, it is quite unfortunate when funds managed through Asian Development Bank (ADB) are being misused in absence of an appropriate planning of state government's agency ERA in the name of sewerage & drains, PAPA alleged. It was proudly highlighted that 55 kms of storm water drainage built at the cost of 160 crore with all confusions about its future benefit in absence of existing disorder within municipal areas & encroachments free de-silted flow of Jhelum river, it added. At Jammu, on one side ERA's constructed defunct sewerage system is constantly facing collapsing trend before its start whereas on the other side some big city drains are left uncared & uncontrolled being used carelessly with all apprehensions of complete chocking & collapsing, PAPA observed.
