Ban on reservation in promotion unconstitutional: Vicky Dogra 11/6/2015 12:13:37 AM Early Times Report Jammu, Nov 5: State President Bahujan Mukti Party Vicky Dogra said that recent decision of Double Bench of High Court of J & K State Jammu is unconstitutional. According to constitution of India, reservation is not a beggary but representation for the oppressed sections of society in education & administration. As they have lagged behind the Upper Castes socially, educationally & economically. This judgment of the High Court is purely discriminatory and has challenged the SRO 294 of Reservation Act 2005 framed by the State Government of Jammu & Kashmir. It is very unfortunate that the present Government of Jammu & Kashmir has not shown any reaction to the Judgment of the High Court Jammu & Kashmir. He appealed the State Government of Jammu & Kashmir to take suitable decision to challenge the judgment in Supreme Court of India & must not implement the discriminatory judgment of the Hon’ble High Court.   Share This News with Your Friends on Social Network     Comment on this Story
