AIBCU holds meet 12/2/2015 11:08:07 PM Early Times Report Jammu, Dec 2: All India Backward Classes Union today held a meeting in which the office bearers and other persons attended the meet. The speakers criticized those who are opposing reservation and raising voice for immediate implementation of High Court Judgment aimed at stopping reservation in promotion. They said if it is so, then why not Apex Court's Judgment of 1992 on Mandal report be implemented which is more superior to the High Court order and in the absence of which State OBCs have been deprived of their due share of 27% reservation which is being enjoyed by their counterpart throughout the country. Speakers and Participants in a meeting of AIBCU questioned those who have started signature campaign against reservation of SC, ST & OBCs and are singing the song of R.S.S Chief Mohan Bhagwat for reservation on economic basis. All Central Committee members along with Munshi Ram Bangotra (Retd.
