Jammu, Dec 2: The Cabinet which met here today under the chairmanship of Chief Minister, Mufti Mohammad Sayeed, decided to make a recommendation to the Governor to summon and address the Joint Session of the State Legislature on Monday, 18th of January 2016 at 11:00 AM at Jammu in terms of Section 53 of the Constitution of Jammu & Kashmir. The State Cabinet in its meeting earlier on 19th November had decided to advance the Budget Session to facilitate the government agencies to improve their expenditure capacity and ensure optimum fund utilization during the next financial year. |
