| ADC suspends ZEO, Naib Tehsildar | | | Early Times Report
UDHAMPUR, Dec 2: Two officers one each from Education and Revenue Departments of Tehsil Panchari were placed under suspension with immediate effect. To check the punctuality and functioning of various government offices in Panchari tehsil, Additional Deputy commissioner, Angrez Singh Rana paid a surprise visit of the area and found one Naib Tehsildar unauthorizedly absent without leave sanction or permission to leave station. Similarly, one ZEO was also placed under suspension with immediate effect and was attached with the office of the Tehsildar Panchari pending enquiry.
The Sub Divisional Magistrate, Chenani has been asked to conduct the enquiry and furnish the detailed report in this regard. The Principal Government Higher Secondary School, Panchari and Naib Tehsildar, Lander shall look after the routine functioning of the ZEO office and Naibat Office respectively till further orders. Rana also directed the officials to remain regular, maintain punctuality in the offices and also maintain all records regarding tours, departure report, movement register etc. He also directed all the officials to work with dedication and sincerity and redress the grievances of public on priority. |
