JAMMU, Dec 2:Director, Consumer Affairs and Public Distribution, Jammu, informed that due to unavoidable circumstances, the supply of atta, rice and sugar could not be made available in full to the fair price shops/government sale depots in time for the month of November, 2015. He said that the date of issue of PDS foodgrains for the month of November has been extended. The rationees, who could not lift their quota of ration for November are advised to get the same from their respective dealers during the month of December.
All the dealers are enjoined upon to distribute the pending PDS foodgrains for the month of November to the rationees during the month of December in addition to the normal distribution of foodgrains December, 2015. |
