"The accused Principal managed his verification necessary for an employee selected by the government against any job before withdrawal of his salary, sources added. They apprehend that the accused might use his good office in police department for clearing his verification report and at the same time held the weapon which he used to open fire on yesterday when some locals objected construction being undertaken by accused in the school premises. "The accused opened fire in the air which created panic in the area, sources said adding, "after hearing the gun shots, police also rushed to the spot and arrested the Principal immediately alongwith weapon."
