JKFA names State women's football team

JAMMU, Dec 17 : Jammu and Kashmir Football Association (JKFA) today named 20-member state team for the upcoming 21st Senior Women's National Football Championship, organised by Uttar Pradesh Football Association at Greater Noida from December 22 to December 26.
"The final team, from and among the selected probable already undergoing coaching camp at GGM Science College ground, here, was announced today before the Screening Committee of the J&K State Sports Council," Treasurer of the JKFA, R K Kohli told.
Placed in Group-A, J&K shall be playing against Chandigarh, hosts Uttar Pradesh and Himachal Pradesh before qualifying for the knock-out stages of the competition.
The team is accompanied by Moon Madan Stephen as coach and Sunita as manager. The Team: Deachan Angmo, Lobzang Diskit, Jigmat Padma, Sonam Yangdol, Gurpreet Kour, Tsering Dolkar, Neetika Thapa, Staffi Don, Nandiya Nighat, Afshan Ashiq, Tanishq Sumbria, Puja Rani, Sakshi Bandral, Kushboo Salpona, Dachen Spalzes, Dechen Youdol, Diskit Angmo, Skarma Dolma, Padma Angmo, Tsering Chongzon and Tsewang Dolma.
