Early Times Report

Pulwama, Dec 17: The separatists may be left behind yet again in the forthcoming Indo-Pak secretary level talks.
India today made it clear that all bilateral Issues between India and Pakistan which includes dialogue on Kashmir issue as well will be addressed mutually.
Ministry of External affairs today said that date and venue for scheduled meeting between Foreign Secretaries of India and Pakistan in January 2016 are yet to be finalized adding that "all bilateral issues are to be addressed mutually between the two countries."
Spokesperson of the External affairs Ministry, Vikas Swarup said that "All the bilateral issues are to be addressed mutually between India and Pakistan and this was recently reiterated in a joint statement issued after the External Affairs Minister'smeeting with the Pakistan Prime Minister and his Foreign Affairs Advisor in Islamabad, two Foreign Secretaries are in touch with each other but the date and venue are yet to be finalized."
The reply of Spokesman came after he was asked by reporters if Pakistani delegation will meet separatist leaders of Kashmir before talks or tried to meet them in Delhi.
Pertinently after this fresh statement of today ahead of foreign Secretaries level dialogue between India and Pakistan, India once again ejected out Separatist leaders from upcoming Dialogue process.
As per the Joint statement issued by India and Pakistan recently from Islamabad after the meeting of Indian external affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj and Prime Minister of Pakistan, Nawaz Sharief last week, "Kashmir" was one among the issues listed in the statement.
In August this year, the NSA-level talks were called off between India and Pakistan after India reacted to the meet of Separatists and then Pakistan's National Security Advisor, Sartaz Aziz.
India had then asked Sartaj Aziz not to meet Separatist leaders of Kashmir before his meet with his Indian Counterpart in Delhi, however soon after his meet with Separatist leaders, India called off Dialogue with Pakistan.
The renewed dialogue Process between India and Pakistan began after India External affairs Minister, Sushma Swaraj last week travelled to Pakistan where she attended the "Heart of Asia" ministerial conference on Afghanistan.
Swaraj during her two-day visit, called on Prime Minister of Pakistan, Nawaz Sharif and held talks with her counterpart Sartaj Aziz as well and as per reports the two countries decided to engage in a Comprehensive Bilateral Dialogue.
After that meet India and Pakistan agreed that the Foreign Secretaries of Pakistan and India will meet next month in Delhi to work out the details of the dialogue Process between the countries for future.
Dialogue process between Indi and Pakistan according to people living along the line of Control is a goodwill gesture as residents near border areas of Jammu province suffered massive loss of life and property over the years due to alleged unprovoked firing by Pakistan on residential areas.
