Mohd Aslam Laigoro joins Congress Party 12/19/2015 11:21:41 PM Early Times Report Jammu, Dec 19: Former Bureaucrat and veteran social activist Mohd Asam Laigoro today joined Congress Party in presence of JKPCC Chief G.A. Mir in Jammu. PCC Chief while welcoming Laigoro, said that he has served the state and people to the best of his ability and hoped that Laigoro would continue to work as a Congressman for the development of the State and people. Those who were present on this occasion included Former Minister & Sr. Vice President Sham Lal Sharma, Chief Spokesperson Ravinder Sharma, MLC Vice President G. N.
