jammu, Dec 19: Booked in a rape case, a junior most officer of the Animal and Sheep Husbandry was awarded with the three key posts, leaving his seniors fuming.
This blue eyed officer got the blessing of the top bureaucrat of department who in turn allegedly engaged him for constructing his bungalow, sources said, adding the officer in question was booked in rape case( 376,342 RPC) in Police Station Pattan.
As per documents available with the Early Times, the officer, who stood at serial No. 93 in the seniority list of Veterinary Assistant Surgeons of Animal Husbandry Department, was assigned the job of in-charge Chief Animal Husbandry Officer, Bandipora and it was after the elapse of few months the said officer was assigned the job of Joint Director Frozen Semen Bank, Ranbir Bagh. This additional charge was given to him vide Government Order No 113-ASH of 2014 dated 15.10.2014.
Further, within ten days of this order, the Government of Jammu and Kashmir Animal/Sheep Husbandary Department gave him another additional post of CEO, LDB Kashmir. The order No 135-ASH of 2014 dated 25.10.2014 reads as, "The I/C CASHO, Bandipora looking after the chare of post of Joint Director Frozen Semen Project, Rambir Bagh, Kashmir shall also look after the post of CEO, LDB Kashmir relieving Director, Animal Husbandry Kashmir of additional charge of the post. |
