SCCL beat PSPCLP, FCCD emerges victorious over PSAJ 12/20/2015 12:16:05 AM Early Times Report KATHUA, Dec 19 : The 8th and 9th match of 6th Police Martyr Memorial North Zone Inter Club T-20 Cricket Championship were played at Sports Stadium Kathua. The 8th match of the championship was played between Sandhu Cricket Club Ludhiana (SCCL) and PSPCL Patiala (PSPCLP) and 9th match was played between Parade Sports Association Jammu (PSAJ) and Friends Cricket Club Delhi (FCCD). In the 8th match, Sandhu Cricket Club Ludhiana won the toss and elected to bowl first. PS PCL Patiala set a target of 123 runs in 20 overs by losing 9 wickets. Sandeep Kholi who scored 38 runs in 40 balls was the top scorer. Monty of Sandhu Cricket Club Ludhiana took 4 wickets by giving only 30 runs. In reply, Sandhu Cricket Club Ludhiana chased the target by losing 6 wickets in 19.4 overs. Anil Sihay, the top scorer of the match scored 61 Runs in 61 balls with 5 boundaries, was declared man of match with cash prize of Rs 1500 and a trophy. In the 9th match the of the tournament, Parade Sports Association Jammu won the toss and chose to bat first. Parade Sports Association Jammu set the target of 102 runs in 19.1 overs. Rajesh who scored 35 runs in 25 Balls was the top scorer. The Friends Cricket Club Delhi chased the target by losing 4 wickets in 18.1 overs. Rajesh Sharma of Friends Cricket Club Delhi, who scored 44 runs in 45 balls with 4 boundaries was the top scorer .
